How moves first in start of a turn in case of go to orders?

Me and another player have given go-to order to their units (who are both close in a battle).

Who will move first when next turns start?

During turn change, each playing nation is processed one at a time; all the scheduled gotos of a nation are worked out in this phase. The exact order should be given by the position of the player in the players list, visible on the lobby screen of the server. The player on top of this list should move first.

Isnt that configuration unfair for a player how would have always to move last?

That's like in every board or card game. In Greatturn the order is given by the date users register to the game: who registers sooner moves first.

I thought, in my ignorance, that it was a matter of when the players gave the order. This is a recurrent matter in the in-game chat.

First - your units will move in order which u commanded.
Second - processing movement in new turn is totally random (randomized each turn ) for players. So no one knows who will move first.
Third - the same about finishing wonders at end of turn - random

Thanks xontastic, this is new to me too.
I never happened to read the relevant part of the code picking players orders during TC. My common sense was suggested by a feeling that Civilization III behaved as I said, preserving the same players order every turn.
