Where are the tilesets?

Postby guest » Sun Mar 24, 2013 10:29 pm

Where can I find alternative tilesets for Freeciv? Google failed me. :/

I have another question, but don't want to start a new thread for it. Is there a way to replace a single image with an animation? For example, would it be possible to animate the nuclear explosion in game or have moving blades on helicopters?

nvm, I found the wiki pages on it. I'll see if I can figure it out.

To my knowledge, no unitset or animation have ever been designed to run in motion, not even the most spartan drawing attempts. This strongly suggests that the code handling the graphics visualization only supports static images.
