I love freeciv.
I played it on the pc, i play it now
Great work! My old slackware box still runs it if i connect a screen to it

I have a question/request : why is freeciv taking so much from battery life? It seams it runs heavy on the cpu resrces... Why? It was a game running ok on very old systems back in the day....
I haven't checked a top on my device. I'm running it on nexus 7 - it gets pretty warm after an hour or so...

Anyway, cheers for the great freeciv on android!

Freeciv for Android is written in a really not optimal way - it redraws screen as fast as possible (not really, but it does it really fast), even when nothing happens. This may be fixed someday.
