I propose than we establish a time and date to meet online for playing, in the hope than we can gather more people for a bigger game. This is in contrast to the current practice (Which this proposal don't supersedes or discourages) where we join online without coordination with the result than we spend a lot of time waiting for other players to join as well and rarely more than 3 players participate in a game.
Based on the statistics made available by freeciv-debian (Command /rushgraph) I propose than we meet so than the game starts at 2014-05-11 15:30 UTC. I recommend than interested parties join at least 10 minutes before that. The meeting place is freeciv-debian, the first one joins a fresh instance, the rest join whatever instance is in Pregame and has some players already. Please, if you're willing to participate, make sure than you have at least 3 h free for playing and state your intention to participate here, to encourage more people to join as well. This will be a classical game (Default ruleset for freeciv-debian). I'd like it to be team vs team, since even with diplomacy disabled it's impossible to control de-facto agreements (You don't atack me, and I don't atack you, not even disabling the chat can prevent this primitive kind of diplomacy through actions), so let's have fully-fledged ones from the beginning and try to make the teams balanced.
I propose a islands map with separate poles and wrapx, no barbarians. Techbox raised to compensate for pooled research.
