Revert two attack/defense properties to Vanilla Freeciv

It looks like that current ruleset have
- disabled killstack
- move on attacked tile after successfull attack.
This poll is to revert to traditional Freeciv values

Options are:

1. Yes, revert - meaning: have killstack (succesful attack kills all units on a tile, I presume?) and when attacker wins a battle, he stays on the tile he was at originaly

2. No, keep them - meaning opposite of 1.: no killstack (only one unit in stack dies when defeated) and winning attacker automatically moves into the tile of the defeated

3. and 4. should be clearer now.

Killstack is on in civ2civ3 anyways monami rushed poll. You could tried the ruleset :( .

Confirmed (better explanation here), but don't worry, the poll still properly addresses the option about attackers' movement.

Sorry, I misunderstood another post, so I thought killstack was on: that's why I hurried the poll.
Anyway, there is still one setting I don't like and I bet many of you neither (I don't understand the reason of it)
