Ruleset is almost complete with regards to current poll statuses.

Also please note that I modified terrain generation a bit, namely poles will not be solid glacier, they will have something like 20-30% of ocean/lakes, and tiny bit of tundra. If one wishes and manges to find nice specials (which will be rare) one could set up a city at the pole!

Rulesets are there but there is no .serv file.
